Updates

21-09-2023:

• Tickets opened through Quick actions now have an example description. Quick actions are now the only way to submit tickets. No need to duplicate template tickets manually anymore.
• Added an FAQ item on how to customize the templates.

20-09-2023:

• Moved the information to a FAQ on the top right. This ensures it's always visible, even when there's a lot of tickets.
• Tickets now open in Center peek by default, instead of Side peek.

12-09-2023:

• Added explanation on how to enable Slack notifications for newly reported items.

14-08-2023:

• Quick actions now open the newly made issues straight away (this is a new feature Notion added for buttons), and automatically select the current user as Submitter.
